This study aims to determine the reading interest of fifth grade students through application KWL (Know-Want To Know-Learned) Method Assisted Reading Model. type research is a quantitative with Quasi-Experimental Design. The design used was Nonequivalent Control Group Design, in this given certain treatment (treatment), namely control class and experimental class.The sample were V Cluster VII, Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, totaling 48 students. data collection technique giving questionnaires. analysis descriptive statistics, inferential hypothesis testing T manova.The results showed that students' questionnaire ) obtained an average value r ata 83.09 which means very good. So it can be concluded there influence Guided model assisted by method on Class throughout City
